Our Board Game Club is a fun and supportive space where students learn to play and enjoy board games together.  This club is a guided experience facilitated by an instructor who teaches both game strategies and social strategies. Each session is structured to help participants understand the steps of play, take turns confidently, communicate effectively, and build teamwork skills. It’s a fun way to engage in group play without the stress of not knowing the rules or feeling out of place.

Your peers are learning right alongside you, so everyone starts from a place of understanding and encouragement. Together, you’ll discover how games can spark connection, laughter, and confidence — one move at a time.

Comic Strip Club

This is a fun and creative social experience where students will co-create their very own comic strip!  In this club, we discuss the history and art of comics, exploring how visual storytelling brings ideas to life. Students will then work together to build a world, create characters, develop a story arc and bring their storyboards to life by designing and illustrating a comic title.

All communication levels are welcome. Whether through drawing, writing, typing, or dictation, every student’s ideas and creativity will shine.

Art Pathways

Literacy Club

Art Pathways is designed to make art accessible and enjoyable for all learners, especially those who experience challenges with fine motor skills. This class blends creative expression with purposeful skill development, helping students strengthen the hand and finger movements needed for drawing, painting, and other art activities.

Each student begins at their current level, and lessons are individually adapted to support both artistic growth and fine motor progress. Through engaging, age-appropriate projects, students explore texture, color, and form while also learning about art history and influential artists.
